Passion for NATURAL STONE in a CIRCULAR ECONOMY perspective, sees the waste converted into granules, the marble is thus brought to new life, giving rise to valuable slabs for noble floors, walls and coatings. NATURAL PRODUCT
The composition of our manufactured products ranges from 85 percent marble or natural stone in the cement base, to 95 percent in the resin base.
RECYCLED MATERIALS:
- It contains RECYCLED MATERIALS for about 60% – we mainly use the DISCARDS from other production lines
- waste from quarries, shapeless and unused blocks, is crushed, screened and sieved in order to re-enter the production cycle
PATENTED TECHNOLOGY:
- is obtained through patented industrial plants where recipes, pre-tested in the laboratory, are set in automated mixers and vibrocompacted under vacuum
NO CO2 EMISSIONS:
- The resulting blocks are cured in the open air for 28 days, after which further processing can begin.
- Our Terrazzo is not baked, therefore we DO NOT USE energy-consumptive ovens, NO C02 EMMISIONS in the atmosphere
HERITAGE
Nstone terrazzo is a long lasting material, it can be renovated and refurbished several times after the installation, through repolishing on site, which ensures an extreme longevity, crossing generations.
LOCAL SOURCING
Our lines are produced mainly in Italy and a small part of the resin collection in the Iberian peninsula.
By therefore favoring the use of local raw materials, we honor the heritage of our lands and at the same time, seek to contain transportation, and related carbon dioxide emissions
